Resl Estate Updates in India in 2020
It has been a while since I joined back. To make it more relatable, let's just call it a celelbration period. I am sure everyone would have celebrated the new year in the best of fashions of their tastes and capabilities. Now that we are back in action. Let's take a look at how are things going in the Real Estate sector of India - The Indian Infrastructure market. With the arrival of New Year 2020 as Government is launching more and more subsidies and plans for the betterment and comfort of consumers, builders are also aiming at making things good for themselves. For instance - Govt. has decided to provide Rs. 25,000 crore boost to help the uncompleted projects which could not be completed earlier and should have been made ready for the consumers as of present.
In one case, where the consumers are requesting to make it more feasible for them. It takes a lot of effort to make things easier for a consumer. The Real Estate and infrastructure sector not only involves the buildings and houses being made but it also includes the Roads which comes udner PWD/Govt,, the amenities of bus stand and transportation. Let's just say that in Delhi , it is just too easy for commuters to travel via. options available to them viz. Metro, Auto and Cabs. Where as in cities like Gurugram, it gets a little expensive for a common man to travel as it takes more than normal charges/tarriff for them and it takes a big chunk if you do not own a vehicle and have to travel to through cabs in distant places. Never the less,
The widely recognized BJP govt. has laid out many plans for start up in India too to make it one of the most promising and employment generating economy. Now, that is something to be proud of. Yes, I am. Continuing in the same fashion, Govt, has also understood the consumer's explicit situation in this market. Thus, being optimistic for them. As we are seeing that the Modi-led Govt is emphasizing the youth in starting up businesses and providing employment to the people of India. So , is my belief that if we take a good look at the current situation of Indian economy and start something of our own. It will only result in good propers as it would have been generated from the land of cultures.
