UK orders are shipped using Tracked24.

International orders are shipped using Tracked International and can take between 7-10 working days.

Most Abayas are designed to have a matching hijab in order to wear as a full outfit.

To preserve the materials, we recommend a gentle hand wash or a professional dry clean. Always air dry and use a low heat setting if steaming is required.

Abaya sizing is typically based on length in inches (e.g., 52, 54, 56). We recommend measuring from the highest point of your shoulder down to your ankles to find your perfect fit. 

Absolutely. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Refund Policy in the footer for full details.

All orders are final and are unable to be amended. Please ensure you check the contents of your order and shipping address.
