Refund policy

Please note that due to the nature of each order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We are a small business and are unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons.

If you discover a defect please contact us on info@thedreem.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the defect and a photo.

Upon receiving this information we can determine whether this aligns with our policy and it can be sent back to our HQ.

If you qualify for a return, items must be returned in its original condition, with tags intact.

We have a 7 day return policy beginning from the day you receive your item to request a return, if it is defective.

Any custom/sale items do not comply with our returns policy.

Please note that customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs for returned items.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage and a tracking number when returning items to avoid any potential issues with missing packages.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.
